Cyient Ltd. has acquired 100% of Abu Dhabi & Gulf Computer Est., a technology consulting firm focused on the energy sector, for a total consideration of USD 1.9 million, comprising an upfront payment of USD 1.5 million and an earnout of USD 0.4 million.

This acquisition aims to enhance Cyient's presence in the Middle East and support its growth objectives in the sustainability sector.

Completion is anticipated by November 30, 2024.
