Yudiz Solutions Ltd. has announced the resignation of Mrs. Raveena Bohra from her position as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective October 31, 2024, due to personal reasons.

The company is currently in the process of identifying a replacement, which will be communicated to the Stock Exchange in due course.

There are no other material reasons for her resignation, and she will no longer serve as a Key Managerial Personnel after her last working day.
