Rane Engine Valve Ltd. has announced a board meeting to discuss the sanctioned Scheme of Amalgamation between Rane Engine Valve Ltd. and Rane Brake Lining Ltd. into Rane (Madras) Ltd., following approval from the National Company Law Tribunal.

The 'Appointed Date' for this scheme is set for April 1, 2024, with formal effectiveness pending the filing of the NCLT order with the Registrar of Companies.
