Omaxe Limited has acquired a total of 7,600 equity shares, representing a 76% stake in Omaxe Capital Development Private Limited, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.

This includes the purchase of 5,200 shares from Mr. Mohit Goel and 2,400 shares from Be Together Developers Private Limited, both at a price of ₹6.64 each, totaling ₹50,464.
