Nagreeka Capital & Infrastructure Ltd has disclosed the re-appointment of two Non-Executive Independent Directors, effective from April 1, 2025. Mr. Santosh Harakchand Somani and Mr. Amitava Mazumder will serve for a second term of five years, following shareholder approval obtained during the Annual General Meeting.

Both directors bring significant experience in accounting and finance, with Somani holding a B.Com from H.R College, Mumbai, and Mazumder a B.Sc from Calcutta University.
