Tera Software Limited has received a Letter of Intent worth Rs. 273.12 Cr from Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd (MVVNL) for comprehensive meter reading, bill generation, distribution, and collection services across various distribution zones in Uttar Pradesh.

This contract is to be executed over the next two years and splits into three clusters: Lucknow-Central, Agra, and Azamgarh.
