Ganesh Benzoplast Limited has announced a board meeting to confirm the payment of a full and final settlement amounting to ₹30.78 crore to Morgan Securities and Credits Pvt. Ltd., concluding their prolonged litigation.

The company chose to pay this amount in a single installment instead of three, avoiding additional interest charges of 15%. With the settlement finalized, both parties will proceed to withdraw all pending legal actions.

This resolution should stabilize the company’s legal standing, possibly boosting investor confidence by indicating improved operational focus and reduced legal risks moving forward.
