Correction has been made regarding the allotment of 13,50,000 equity shares converted from the same number of warrants at an issue price of ₹55 per share, which includes a premium of ₹45. The total amount received from allottees was ₹5.56 crore.

The allotments were distributed among various individuals, including Promoters and Non-Promoter Public Category.

Following the conversion, the paid-up equity share capital has changed from ₹22.05 crore to ₹23.40 crore, reflecting the new total share count of 2,34,00,000 shares.

The company maintains that all other details remain unchanged.
