Shriram Finance Limited has announced the acquisition of a 100% equity stake in Shriram Overseas Investments Private Limited from Shriram Investments Holdings Private Limited.

This strategic move is aimed at enhancing the company's operational capabilities and market presence.

The transaction is valued at ₹400 crore.

The acquisition is anticipated to create integration benefits and strengthen the financial foundation for further growth initiatives, ultimately unlocking additional value for shareholders.
