Pioneer Embroideries Limited has confirmed the approval of the sale of its Naroli manufacturing unit's land and building for ₹7.02 crore.

The proceeds will be utilized to reduce term liabilities, which is expected to ease the company's interest burden.

The Naroli unit generated sales of approximately ₹6.17 crore this year and has an insignificant contribution to the company's overall revenue and profitability.

To maintain its business commitments, Pioneer will enter into a leave and license agreement with the buyer for a portion of the facilities retained for manufacturing.

This decision aligns with the company's strategy to consolidate and modernize its embroidery operations at the new state-of-the-art facility in Dhule, Maharashtra, enhancing operational efficiency.
