Pioneer Embroideries Limited's Board of Directors has approved the sale of its Naroli Embroidery unit's land and building for ₹7.02 crore.

The proceeds will be directed towards reducing term liabilities, thereby lowering the company's interest burden.

The Naroli unit generated sales of approximately ₹6.17 crore in the current year, contributing minimally to overall sales and profitability.

With pending embroidery orders, Pioneer will retain a portion of its facilities under a leave and license agreement with the buyer to meet specific business obligations.

The consolidation of operations aligns with the company’s strategy to modernize its embroidery business, following a recent move to a new state-of-the-art facility at the Shree Ganesh Integrated Textile Park in Dhule, Maharashtra.
