Krishna Defence and Allied Industries Limited (KDAIL) has agreed to acquire up to 20% equity shares in Conceptia Software Technology Private Limited for ₹200 per share, aiming to strengthen its position in the mechanical engineering and shipbuilding sector.

This acquisition allows KDAIL to capitalize on Conceptia's expertise and expand its market presence in the Asia Pacific region, leveraging synergies from Conceptia's established operations.

With a net worth of ₹13.47 Cr and a turnover of ₹69.29 Cr, Conceptia's strategic alignment with KDAIL’s growth objectives is expected to enhance shareholder value.
