Jujhar Constructions and Travels Private Limited has announced a board meeting to conduct an open offer for acquiring up to 26,00,000 equity shares of CDG Petchem Limited, representing 26% of its expanded share capital.

The proposed offer price is ₹41 per share, totaling ₹10.66 crore.

This move follows a share purchase agreement where the acquirer will purchase 19,11,052 shares (62.10% of pre-issue capital) at ₹35 each.

Once completed, the acquirer will gain control over CDG Petchem, allowing potential strategic shifts and opportunities for growth, influencing investor sentiment positively amidst the ongoing changes.
