Tarsons Products Limited has completed the pre-closure and discharge of an earn-out obligation along with a Corporate Guarantee amounting to €15 million.

This guarantee was previously issued to PN Beteiligugns GmbH on behalf of Tarsons Life Science Pte.

Ltd., a subsidiary based in Singapore.

The pre-release has been duly reported to the Reserve Bank of India.
