Supreme Petrochem Ltd has acquired 80% of Xmotd Polymers Pvt. Ltd., purchasing 1,737,450 equity shares from current promoters in a first tranche.

The total acquisition is for all 2,171,813 equity shares, with the remaining 20% expected to be acquired within two years.
