The Board of Directors of Mphasis Limited has proposed a final dividend of ₹57 per equity share for FY25, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

This dividend, if sanctioned, will result in a cash outflow of approximately ₹10,835.46 million.

Mphasis reported a net profit of ₹17,021 million for the year, reflecting a 9.5% increase year-on-year.

The company also achieved revenue growth of 6.7% YoY in FY25. In the latest quarter, the company posted a gross revenue of ₹37,175 million, an 8.9% increase YoY.
