The Board of Directors has proposed a final dividend of ₹57 per equity share for the financial year 2025, subject to shareholder approval.

If sanctioned, this dividend will result in an estimated cash outflow of approximately ₹10,835.46 million.

The upcoming 34th Annual General Meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing on 24 July 2025, with the Register of Members closing from 10 July to 24 July 2025 for the dividend declaration and meeting.

Mphasis has also reported robust financials, including a 6.7% YoY revenue increase to ₹142.2 billion for FY25 and a net profit rise of 9.5% to ₹17,021 million.
