Mr. Nanchar Bhaskara Chakkera has resigned from his roles as CEO and Executive Director of Indus Finance Limited, citing personal reasons.

He will remain with the company as a Non-Executive Director.

The Board and Nomination and Remuneration Committee have approved this change in designation, effective immediately.
