IndiaMART InterMESH Limited has announced a board meeting on June 6, 2025, to determine the eligibility of shareholders for a total dividend of Rs. 50 per equity share, which includes a final dividend of Rs. 30 and a special dividend of Rs. 20 for FY 2024-25. Approval at the Annual General Meeting is required, and if sanctioned, the dividend will be paid within 30 days.
