Deep Polymers Limited has announced a board meeting approving the appointment of Mr. Aryan Rameshbhai Patel as an Additional Non-Executive Director, subject to shareholder approval.

Aryan brings experience in administration and management within the company and is the son of the Managing Director, Mr. Rameshbhai Patel, and Director, Mrs. Ashaben Patel.

This appointment strengthens the family’s involvement in the company’s governance and aims to support its management structure going forward.
