Rajkamal Synthetics Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported a revenue of ₹2,133.64 lakh for the quarter and ₹9,382.77 lakh for the year.

Profit after tax stood at ₹66.10 lakh for the quarter, up from ₹65.48 lakh a year ago, and ₹403.37 lakh for the year versus ₹359.45 lakh previously.

Earnings per share were ₹3.57 for the quarter and ₹4.75 for the year.
