The company has announced a board meeting on which approved the appointment of Mr. Aman Marodia as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Marodia is a Chartered Accountant with expertise in valuation, audit, and financial instruments.

Simultaneously, Mrs. Priya Somaiya retired as an Independent Director after completing her second five-year term.

Following these changes, the company reconstituted its Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees, appointing Anil Kumar Rustogi as Chairperson and including Mr. Marodia as a member in key committees.
