Maitri Enterprises Limited has announced a board meeting which approved the appointment of Mr. Uddesh Jain as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, succeeding Mr. Kirtan Yogeshbhai Panchal who resigned for career growth opportunities.

Additionally, M/s. SJV & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries, have been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2024-25. Mr. Jain is a qualified Company Secretary with a commerce background, while SJV & Associates bring expertise in corporate laws and compliance advisory.

These changes strengthen the company’s governance and compliance framework.
