Archean Chemical Industries has announced a board meeting to approve its audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, with clean audit reports.

A final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share (75%) is proposed, subject to shareholder nod.

The board also plans to appoint M/s. HVS & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, pending approval at the upcoming AGM set for June 2, 2025, via virtual mode.
