Netweb Technologies India Limited has announced a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share (face value Rs. 2), subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The dividend payout will be made within 30 days of declaration, providing a direct return to shareholders.

The company also confirmed clean financial results for the quarter and half-year.

New internal and secretarial auditors have been proposed, pending shareholder nod.
