Company Update

Raj Packaging Industries has updated on its ongoing GST litigation for FY 2020-21. The Telangana High Court heard the company’s petition and granted a stay on recovery proceedings, delaying any recovery until the case is resolved.

The next hearing is scheduled, allowing respondents time to file a counter affidavit.

This pause protects the company’s cash flow and limits financial uncertainty for shareholders while the dispute is pending.
