Nila Spaces has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

It has acquired 380 compulsorily convertible preference shares in Smarter Dharma Sustainable Solutions Pvt Ltd for INR 84.85 lakh, gaining a 2.32% equity stake post-conversion.
