String Metaverse Limited has announced a board meeting that approved the allotment of 94.71 lakh equity shares at ₹52 each through its rights issue, raising approximately ₹49.25 Cr.

This increases the paid-up equity capital from ₹106.96 Cr to ₹116.43 Cr, boosting the company’s equity base.

The fundraise supports the company’s growth plans and strengthens its financial position, providing shareholders with additional stake options.
