Jash Engineering has announced a final dividend of Rs. 1.20 per share, pending shareholder approval.

The company reported a standalone net profit of Rs. 69.07 Cr and a consolidated net profit of Rs. 86.77 Cr for the year.

A new internal auditor was appointed for FY 2025-26, and the employee stock option scheme remains active.

Shareholders can look forward to the dividend payout after the AGM.
