Jet Solar Limited has announced a board meeting resulting in the allotment of 6,68,000 equity shares upon conversion of warrants to non-promoter investors at Rs. 21 per share, raising Rs. 1.05 Cr.

This increases the company's paid-up equity capital to Rs. 113.2 Cr with 1.13 crore equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

Warrants totaling 5,56,000 remain pending for conversion, allowing holders to convert them within 18 months by paying the balance amount.
