Globus Ansa Pvt Ltd, a JV between Globus Spirits and Ansa McAL, has restructured its board with equal partner representation.

The JV’s share capital is Rs. 2 Cr, equally split.

Commercial production of Carib Premium Strong Beer (500ml cans) has started in Uttar Pradesh, priced at Rs. 130 per can, with manufacturing outsourced to Manav Breweries.

This launch marks Globus Spirits’ entry into the beer segment in a key market, likely boosting its revenue streams.
