Stovec Industries Ltd. has announced the outcome of its 51st AGM where members approved the financial results for the year ended December 31, 2024, along with the payment of a final dividend of Rs. 115 per share.

Key board changes include the re-appointment of Mrs. Kiran Dhingra as an Independent Director for a second term and appointment of Mr. Bhanu Bhai Patel and Mr. Abhay Jadeja as Independent Directors for three-year terms.

Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP has been appointed as the new statutory auditor for five years, and M/s Sandip Sheth & Associates will serve as Secretarial Auditor for five years.
