Ltd., that all security certificates received for dematerialization up to December 31, 2024, have been verified, mutilated, and cancelled, with ownership recorded in depositories within 15 days.

This ensures seamless electronic handling of shares and confirms that dematerialized shares are listed on the existing stock exchange, supporting smooth trading and ownership transparency for shareholders.
