Karnimata Cold Storage Limited has shared a certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd., confirming that all security certificates received for dematerialization up to the quarter ended 31st March 2025 were processed—accepted or rejected—and the respective securities have been listed on the stock exchange.

The original certificates were cancelled after verification, and ownership records updated within 15 days.

This ensures the company’s securities are properly dematerialized and reflected in the shareholders’ register, maintaining efficient share management for investors.
