Shish Industries Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and year.

The audited standalone figures show revenue from operations at ₹33.47 Cr for the quarter and ₹117.79 Cr for the year, with net profit at ₹4.13 Cr for the quarter and ₹10.95 Cr for the year.

The consolidated results reported revenue of ₹35.51 Cr for the quarter and ₹116.25 Cr for the year, with a profit of ₹2.38 Cr for the quarter and ₹8.74 Cr for the year.

The company’s auditors issued an unmodified opinion.

A 5-year trade agreement with Best Construction Products Inc. (USA) is progressing, with product certification underway for US market entry expected by year-end.
