Gujarat Lease Financing Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported a profit of Rs. 4.55 lakh on total income of Rs. 10.61 lakh and expenses of Rs. 6.06 lakh.

It continues to operate as a non-going concern with negative net worth at Rs. (406.14) lakh and no new business activities.
