Sanco Trans Limited has announced a board meeting on 6th May 2025 approving the appointment of Mr. T R Chandrasekaran as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a two-year term starting 5th May 2025, subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Chandrasekaran is a Chartered Accountant with over four decades of experience in the automobile industry, banking, and mutual funds.

He has held senior roles including Vice President of Indian Bank Mutual Fund and director positions in banks and listed companies.

He is not related to any existing directors or key management personnel.
