Company Update

Netlink Solutions (India) Limited has an open offer made by M/s Arix Capital Limited, Mrs. Kajal Gopal Baldha, and Mr. Punitbhai Bavanjibhai Lakkad to acquire up to 6,57,599 shares (26% of voting capital) at ₹186 per share, triggered by their indirect acquisition of control through the Holding Company, Jupiter Infomedia Limited.

The total offer consideration is ₹12.23 Cr payable in cash.

Post-acquisition, the Acquirers along with existing promoters will jointly control Netlink.

The Acquirers do not intend to delist the company and have adequate financial resources to fulfill the offer.
