The company has reconstituted its Audit Committee with Mr. P. R. Renganath appointed as Chairman.

The committee now includes three other members: Mr. Bharat Venkat Epur, Mr. Vikram Vijayaraghavan—all Non-Executive Independent Directors—and Mr. Udayabhaskar Reddy U, a Whole-time Director.
