Radico Khaitan has announced a final dividend of 200%, amounting to Rs. 4 per equity share of Rs. 2 each, subject to shareholder approval.

Shareholders on the register as of the record date will benefit, with payment expected within 30 days of approval.

The board also appointed TVA & Co LLP as Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending consent.

This dividend reflects the company’s strong financial position for the quarter and year.
