Ace Engitech Limited has announced an alteration of its Object Clause in the Memorandum of Association (MOA), expanding its business scope significantly.

The company now includes a wide range of sectors such as IT-enabled and web services, real estate development, infrastructure projects, defense manufacturing under 'Make in India,' mining, precious metals and jewelry trading, software development, and telecommunications, among others.

This strategic expansion into defense, space, nuclear research, and emerging technologies like AI and cybersecurity positions the company for diversified growth.

Due to the principal activity change, the company's Corporate Identity Number (CIN) has also been updated.
