Bank Ltd. has announced a public auction for sale of a flat owned by Mr. Aijazhusain Tafazzulhusain Khan due to outstanding loan dues totaling Rs. 17.96 lakh plus interest and charges.

The property is Flat No. 203, second floor, Kusumkunj Complex, Palghar West.

The reserve price is Rs. 18.8 lakh with an earnest money deposit of Rs. 1.88 lakh.

Bidders must submit bids with EMD by June 6, with the auction scheduled for June 9 at the bank’s administrative office in Mumbai.

The sale is “as is where is” and includes all liabilities and charges related to the property.
