Stratmont Industries Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company has appointed Mr. Ganesh Yadav as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, on a five-year term pending shareholder approval.

Mr. Yadav holds a B.Com and MBA in Finance, with experience in accounts, finance, operations, control, and business development.

He holds no shares in the company and is not barred from holding the CFO position.

This leadership change aims to strengthen the company’s financial management and operational oversight.
