The Southern Gas Limited has announced a change in key managerial personnel with the resignation of Mrs. Nirzara Kesarwani from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

She will be relieved of her duties effective 31 May 2025 as she pursues career opportunities outside the company.
