Voltas has announced a final dividend of ₹7 per share (700% on face value ₹1), pending shareholder approval, offering a strong cash return for FY25. The payout will follow the Annual General Meeting.

The company posted robust financial results for the quarter and half-year, with consolidated revenue rising 24% to ~₹15,737 Cr and net profit tripling to ~₹834 Cr—an all-time high.

Growth was led by the Unitary Cooling Products segment, showing 30% revenue and 36% volume gains, reinforcing its leadership in air conditioners.
