Swarna Securities Limited has announced a board meeting and approved the re-appointment of Mr. M Murali Krishna as Managing Director for five years from 01.06.2025 to 31.05.2030, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.

Mr. Krishna brings over 35 years of diverse experience across finance, banking, hospitality, real estate, and agriculture sectors.

Notably, he has opted not to receive any remuneration during this term.

His spouse is also a director and promoter of the company.

This continuity in leadership aims to support the company’s strategic and operational stability.
