Enterprises has announced a board meeting on May 8, 2025, approving a final dividend of Rs 2.50 per share for FY25, pending shareholder approval at the AGM.

The record date for dividend eligibility is July 9, 2025. The register of members will be closed from July 10 to July 16, 2025, for AGM and annual closing.

Shareholders must hold shares by the record date to receive the final dividend.
