Company Update

The company has announced a board meeting and approved the allotment of 6.9 lakh equity shares at an issue price of Rs. 52 each, aggregating Rs. 3.59 Cr, on a preferential basis to promoters Tushar Mahendrabhai Patel (2.9 lakh shares) and Tejalben Tusharbhai Patel (4 lakh shares). Post-allotment, their holdings increased to 31.20% and 20.84%, respectively.

This infusion strengthens promoter stake and brings in fresh capital, supporting potential business initiatives or growth plans.
