Intellect Design Arena has announced a final dividend of Rs. 4 per share plus a special dividend of Rs. 3 per share, pending shareholder approval.

Shareholders on record by July 18, 2025, will be eligible, with payments made within 30 days of declaration.

The Board has also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Arun Jain as Managing Director for five years starting August 21, 2025. This signals confidence in leadership alongside rewarding shareholders.
