Shetron Limited has announced a change in management with the re-appointment of Messrs S N Kollur & Co. as Internal Auditor for Q1 FY 2025-26 and Messrs TR Chaddha & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26. Parameshwar Ganpati Bhat has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-26, replacing Vijayakrishna K T whose term ended.

Mr. Vishwanath Bhat of Bhat & Co. has been re-appointed as Cost Auditor for FY 2025-26. These appointments aim to strengthen the company’s audit and compliance framework for the upcoming fiscal year.
